With the destruction of Organization XIII, peace seems to roam throughout the land. The nobodies and heartless seem to have dissapeared off the face of the earth, just like last time peace was claimed by Sora and his crew. A year has passed since the Kingdom II's storyline comes to a halt. A riot has broken loose at Disney Castle, people demanding to see King Mickey himself. For what reason? They have yet to reveal. Not to mention demensional rifts are begining to appear among the hundreds of worlds, each leading to one another. Has a new evil been formed, or is space itself becoming unstable with age? The future is up to you.
This is Forgotten Kingdom.

 Journey of the Sand
« Thread Started on May 25, 2008, 3:48pm »

As Chris had walked all the way through the desert, it was only natural to want company. But what he had hoped for often had not happened. His face a very half-humored mask, he continued to walk through this vast desert.

"Not humorous..." he mutters as he continues.

The wind shifted direction, and now was blowing sand in his face,
though he wasn't one to complain, so he didn't.

He thought he saw something at the edge of his vision, but wondered what it was. Was it a mirage, or something... more...?

There was only one way to find out. And that was going to be humorous. He put on a slight grin and walked towards the source of the image.

Heios walked through the streets of Agrabah looking at all the treasure he could steal. This was his kind of place. Busy, poor peasants trying to sell there items to other people easily miss him slipping an item here and there into his pouch. He decided to get a better view from the streets and jumped up onto the higher rooftops, but before he could focus on the market, something caught his eye. He could see somebody heading this way from far out in the desert. He wonder who could be crazy enough to try such a foolish trip, so he went to get a closer look from atop the city's outer walls.

Upon looking closer, and getting closer, Chris noticed that what he saw was no mirage. It was, in fact, the so-called "backwater" town of Agrabah. He grinned even wider, still moving toward it, but now with a purpose: to finally find something in this stupid desert.

He also noticed several figures milling about in the town, apparently shopping. Or so it seemed. It surprised Chris that there would be so many people around in such a freakishly hot area, but regardless, he moved on the town.

"What will I find...?" He thought aloud, now just starting to reach the gates of Agrabah.

Heios jumped down into the streets and picked up a pot. He position himself back on the outer wall and waited til Chris got close before throwing it down on him. "Whoops!"

As Chris entered the rather pthetic town of Agrabah, he could tell something was wrong... but what was it? He wan't quite sure, but knew it was getting closer to him, and knew he had to react quickly. That was, after all, what his teacher had taught him: 'Be quick about everything!'

He looked up, just in time to hear someone's voice. "Whoops!" Whether it was a mistake or not, Chris could not consider. He took out his right-handed sword, Aqua, and shot out a burst of water towards the pot, causing it to blast upward and shatter. Chris follwed it with his gaze, and just saw a figure up there. "Hey, there! Who are you? I'm Chris!" He said, with a joyous look and a grin on his face.

Heios jumped off the wall and introduced himself. "Name is Heios. Now, either you must be brave or stupid to make a trip through the desert like you just did. You're lucky to not have been caught in sandstorm or robbed by a band of thieves."

'Especially since now I can whatever you have.' he thought to himself.

"Huh? Lucky?" He quizzed, with a confused look on his face and putting a finger up to his chin. "I don't believe in luck. It's pure skill..." His expression changed to a grin, full of happiness. "So, Heios... may I ask how you came here? You seem to know how I got here... it's only polite to say how you got here."

He twirls his swords, now off his back, around and around, creating a mini-vortex of fire and water in the air, though it is largely unnoticeable.

"Same way as you!" Heios replied. What he said was truthful but not the whole truth. He had actually visited the Cave of Wonders before traveling through the desert to explore Agrabah. The reason he went the desert was because he was hoping for some action, but never found any. Maybe now he will be lucky.

"Hunh?"

Chris looked at Heios in confusion. He had wondered through the desert for quite some time, but never saw anyone else in it. Weird. But, then again, it was a big desert, so, maybe...

"Well, if you say so, it must be true!" He said, again in a positive voice. He was merely trying this "Heios", to see what he would do. True, he could get hurt, but he was sure that, no matter what, he would be safe. He was, after all, trained by the best; his master. But still... something else piqued his interest in this person. He just couldn't put his finger on it.

Oh, well. He would figure out soon enough, he bet.

(I didn't want to leave without saying anything to you, but I have no much going on and am on six different RP sites at once. I'm deleting my profiles on the ones that are less active and this is one of them. I hate having to leave in the middle of a thread, but I just can't handle it anymore, especially with school coming up. I'm sorry.)
